Wine Maker Notes: De-stemmed grapes without pressing, daily pump-over the cap for 18 days. Delestage with malolactic fermentation on the lees in selected oak casks for 20 days.  3 months in new American oak and 6 months in the bottle.

Taste: Dark fruit with a meaty mid-palate, refreshing and lively, reflecting its elegant bouquet. Nice long finish.

Wine Maker Notes: De-stemmed grapes without pressing, with daily pump over the cap fermenting in temperature controlled stainless steel vats for 18 days. Delestage with malolactic fermentation and extended maceration on the lees in select American oak for 30 days. Aged 8 months in new American oak and 6 months in the bottle before being released.  Gently fined and filtered.
