Wine Maker Notes:  100% de-stemmed grapes with no time in barrel.  Fermented constant at 75 degrees Fahrenheit in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine was cold stabilized, fined and filtered.

Taste:  Well rounded, flavorful and great balance of acidity

Winemaker notes:  Hand harvested and then de-stemmed, Grapes are then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats at a constant 75 degrees Fahrenheit with multiple daily pump-over the caps.  After which the wine receives 12 months in American Oak then fined and filtered.

Awards:  Silver Medal (best in class) at the 2007 International Wine & Spirits Competition.

Bouquet: Ripe Fruit, with light vanilla, spices and aged balsamic notes.

Taste:  Powerful, rounded red fruit with vanilla tones and balanced finish.

Winemaker Notes:  Hand harvested, the grape bunches are then de-stemmed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats at a constant 75 degrees Fahrenheit with multiple pump-over the caps, after which the wine receives 16 months in French and American Oak and then fined.
